From Substance to Meaning
My journey began during my architectural studies in Iran, where I was deeply influenced by the deconstructivist movement. This approach taught me to think expansively and conceptually, challenging conventional structures and embracing complexity. As I transitioned into interior design, I discovered greater creative freedom in crafting smaller-scale, emotionally resonant objects. In 2018, a pivotal personal experience led me to develop my own artistic language through string art and oil painting. This process revealed the profound therapeutic potential of art, both as a means of personal healing and as a source of inspiration and reflection for others.
My engagement with philosophy further deepened my understanding of perception and resilience, reinforcing my belief in the transformative power of creative expression.
In 2025, i launched my latest project: From Substance to Meaning -a series of public seminars across cities in Iran, co-led with Dr. Shariati a philosophy mentor. We explore how art and philosophy can connect, heal, and help us live more consciously. Inspired by my belief in thread as a metaphor for connection, we invite participants to share stories, ideas, and experiences in thoughtful dialogue -to help one another raise awareness and deepen understanding.
As Nietzsche said:
“We have art in order not to die of the truth.”
